MANAGEMENT REVIEW
Management Review Module of QISS coordinates all the activities related to Management Review Meeting within the organization. Management review committee members will be automatically notified whenever a meeting is scheduled. This module also meets requirements of ANSI/ASQ/ISO Q9001: 2008 clause 5.6 “Management Review”.
Management Review in QISS is a series of non-overlapping meetings, which are scheduled by the Quality Manager. Each meeting has an agenda, quality policy, and objective. These and others are uploaded as separate documents into the system along with any other three optional documents. Whenever management review meeting is scheduled all management-review committee members as well as any other employees explicitly selected by quality manager during schedule, will be notified along with other meeting information. The quality manager can update any information about the review meeting any time before it is closed officially. He / She are responsible for closing the meeting officially by uploading at least one and up to three final report(s), after it’s intended end date so that the details about the meeting would be viewable by employees who has view permission on management review module.
