Communication Module of QISS is designed to keep track of all your internal communication and related information. This Program will act as your internal email system for sending/receiving messages, reminders, notifications etc. within the organization. All the employees are authorized to use this module once they have a valid user id and password to enter into the system. ‘New Message(s)’ link in the summary page or the ‘Correspondence’ Menu’ Item are related to this Module. This module meets requirements of ANSI/ASQ/ISO Q9001: 2008 clause 5.5.3 ‘Internal Communication’ and 4.2.4 “control of Records”.
